Intellectica is recruiting a highly adaptable and motivated Project Manager on behalf of a leading Tech Retail Company. Based in Magoula, Attiki, Greece and reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of the company’s projects.
Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:
- Actively participating in all decision-making meetings with C-level executives and mid-level managers, and recording comprehensive action items and next steps, ensuring clarity and accountability
- Prioritizing project-related tasks to align with management expectations and strategic goals
- Creating actionable plans based on project requirements and strategic objectives and allocating their execution to relevant business-owners
- Monitoring projects’ progress, ensuring adherence to the project plan and verifying that expected deliverables are realized on time and meet high-quality standards
- Conducting thorough follow-ups to track progress and address any deviations from the plan
- Identifying, monitoring, and managing risks associated with projects, by implementing effective mitigating strategies to minimize variances from the set plan
- Establishing clear guidelines and limits for project activities to maintain efficiency and effectiveness
- Preparing and presenting comprehensive project performance reports to the management team
- Ensuring accountability within the team, promptly addressing issues related to non-delivery and performance
Professional experience & qualifications of a successful candidate:
- Bachelors’ Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, Business Administration or a related field
- 1-3 years of professional experience in a project management role; experience from Big4 companies is considered a plus
- Master’s degree, PMP or other relevant project management certification is considered a plus
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders
- Proficiency in the MS Office Suite
- Fluent in Greek and English
