Intellectica is seeking a Corporate Law Counselor on behalf of its client, a fast-growing provider of integrated telecommunications and energy solutions. With long-standing strategic partnerships with leading providers in both sectors, the company delivers tailored connectivity and electricity services to a diverse portfolio of retail and business clients. Based in Metamorphosis, Attiki and reporting directly to the CEO, the ideal candidate will support day-to-day business decisions by ensuring all corporate and commercial activities are legally sound, clearly documented, and aligned with the company’s operational needs.

Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Serve as the primary legal point of contact for day-to-day corporate and commercial matters, supporting effective business operations
  • Provide practical and commercially focused legal guidance to the CEO and management team
  • Contribute to the establishment and improvement of legal processes and workflows to support business growth
  • Coordinate with external legal advisors, facilitating timely and relevant legal input when required
  • Review and manage the lifecycle of commercial agreements and contracts, ensuring consistency and alignment with business objectives
  • Ensure that all agreements are internally vetted and clearly presented, with full visibility on scope, key terms, and associated risks, prior to CEO approval
  • Prepare and maintain Board documentation and corporate records, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance
  • Oversee the organization and integrity of corporate documentation, ensuring accessibility and proper record-keeping
  • Any other task that may be required from time to time

Professional experience & qualifications of a successful candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, along with the required certifications to practice law in Greece
  • 1–3 years of professional experience in a corporate environment or law firm, with exposure to business-related legal matters
  • Solid background in Corporate and Commercial Law
  • Hands-on experience in reviewing and managing commercial contracts and agreements
  • Familiarity with corporate governance documentation and Board-related materials
  • Fluent in Greek and English, both written and verbal
