Intellectica is seeking an accomplished ICT Team Leader to join a pioneering organization in the ICT sector. The company specializes in delivering cutting-edge solutions across telecommunications, business automation, networking, and audiovisual systems. Based in Athens, Attiki, the ideal candidate, will play a pivotal role in managing a high-performing ICT team, ensuring excellent delivery service, and driving the successful implementation of diverse technical projects.

Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Leading, mentoring, and inspiring the ICT team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence
  • Managing team workflows, prioritizing tasks to ensure optimal efficiency and effectiveness
  • Planning, executing, and monitoring ICT projects to ensure timely delivery within budget and scope
  • Collaborating with channel partners and vendors to align solutions with client needs and organizational goals
  • Providing expert-level support for technical escalations, ensuring fast and effective resolution
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance service quality and operational efficiency

Professional experience & qualifications of a successful candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • A minimum of 5 years in an ICT engineering role, with at least 1 year in team leadership
  • Certifications in telephony or VoIP systems are highly regarded
  • Proven expertise in the following areas: 1) Asterisk-based IP-PBX installation and administration, 2) Alcatel-Lucent PBX systems and networking configurations, 3) Advanced network management (routing, switching, and firewall configuration), 4) VoIP and IP telephony systems
  • Fluent in both English and Greek
