Intellectica is recruiting an experienced Investor Relations Manager on behalf of an internationally recognized Group of Companies present in the Aerospace, Defense, Security and High Technology markets. Based in Athens, Greece (remote working option) and reporting directly to the Head of M&A and Investor Relations, the successful candidate will play a key role in engaging with investors, organizing roadshows, and ensuring transparent and consistent communication with the investment community.

Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive investor relations strategy and framework in alignment with the company’s objectives
  • Organizing and managing investor roadshows, conferences, and meetings to foster strong relationships with existing and potential investors
  • Preparing and presenting detailed financial reports, analyses, and presentations to investors and company executives
  • Monitoring and reporting on market trends, investor perceptions, and competitive analysis, providing strategic insights to senior management
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in investor relations
  • Collaborating with the finance, legal, and marketing departments to ensure accurate and timely dissemination of financial information and corporate news
  • Managing the investor relations section of the company website, ensuring it reflects up-to-date and relevant information for investors
  • Providing feedback to management regarding the investment community’s perception of how the company is being managed, and their view on its financial results
  • Any other task that may be required from time to time

Professional experience & qualifications of a successful candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA, IRC) is preferred
  • More than 8 years of experience in investor relations, equity capital markets, or a similar role, preferably in the Aerospace, Defense, Security, or High Technology sectors
  • Proven track record of executing successful investor relations strategies and managing investor events
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting, regulatory requirements, and the investment community
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (advanced Power Point & MS Excel skills)
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Greek is a strong plus (both written and verbal)
