Intellectica is recruiting a dynamic Junior Business Developer on behalf of Celyphos, a creative group standing at the forefront of the video production industry as a beacon of storytelling and creative excellence. Based in Athens, Greece and reporting directly to the Managing Director and CCO, the successful candidate shall play a pivotal role in expanding the company’s lead generation, sales, and revenue streams. This position is perfect for individuals passionate about storytelling, video production, and driving business growth through innovative strategies. Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Spearheading lead generation initiatives, identifying and engaging potential clients through diverse channels
  • Developing and implementing robust sales strategies to enhance market presence and boost revenue
  • Collaborating with the creative team to align sales efforts with the company’s communication and production capabilities
  • Conducting market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and identify new growth opportunities
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions that showcase the company’s storytelling prowess
  • Any other task that may be required from time to time

Professional experience & qualifications of a successful candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with a keen interest in video production and storytelling; a Masters’ degree is considered a plus
  • Up to 1 year experience in sales, marketing, or a similar role, with a proven track record of driving growth and achieving targets
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite; exposure to LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Canva and other tools is considered a strong plus
  • Fluent in English and Greek (both written and verbal)
