Intellectica is recruiting a Product Manager on behalf of a subsidiary of a group of companies with over 20 years of experience in electricity generation and supply from Renewable Energy Sources. The subsidiary is a fast-growing technology company based in Athens, Greece, leading innovation in the sustainable mobility sector through cutting-edge EV charging infrastructure and digital services. Reporting directly to the Head of Projects, the successful candidate will be responsible for aligning the product roadmap with business needs, ensuring continuous improvement, and orchestrating seamless cross-team execution.
Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:
- Take full ownership of the platform and mobile app roadmap, aligning product vision with the company’s business goals in the EV charging domain
- Define, prioritize, and manage business and technical requirements, ensuring they are translated clearly into functional outcomes
- Work closely with the Head of Projects to ensure that product initiatives reflect strategic objectives, market opportunities, and commercial alignment
- Integrate feedback from customers, operations, and internal teams to drive product iterations and improvements
- Collaborate daily with the Tech Lead and engineering team (6 people) to plan and monitor development cycles and maintain delivery velocity
- Maintain close coordination with backend, frontend, and mobile engineers to ensure features are developed, tested, and deployed successfully
- Ensure continuous alignment between technical implementation and product objectives
- Track and validate that business requirements are properly implemented in the live platform
- Lead and maintain the product backlog, own sprint planning and ensure clarity in deliverables
- Ensure UI/UX continuity across platform and app, working with legacy designs and coordinating ad hoc improvements in the absence of a dedicated designer
- Create and maintain clear documentation: user stories, acceptance criteria, release notes, and product usage guides
- Other tasks may be assigned from time to time, as needed
Professional experience & qualifications of a successful candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner or similar role
- Prior experience as a software engineer is a strong plus
- Experience managing cross-functional technical teams
- Strong technical fluency; able to engage confidently with engineers across architectures, APIs, and code workflows (hands-on experience is a plus but not required)
- Strong understanding of web and mobile platforms, including backend/frontend flows
- Solid experience with modern cloud environments (e.g., Azure, AWS) and cloud-native technologies
- Fluent in both English and Greek
