Intellectica is recruiting a highly motivated Product Manager on behalf of a leading manufacturer and distributor of medical products with a 30-year presence in the Greek market. Based in Acharnes, Attiki, Greece, and reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the successful candidate will support cross-functional operations in Product Management, Procurement, and Marketing, coordinating product documentation, managing supplier communications, contributing to marketing efforts, and driving workflow improvements through process optimization and digital tools.

Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Maintaining up-to-date product documentation, including technical files, specs, certifications, artworks, usage instructions, and packaging materials
  • Coordinating with international suppliers on offers, orders, product specifications, artwork approvals, and documentation management
  • Supporting technical and regulatory documentation for tenders, sales teams, and export markets
  • Participating in product development initiatives and monitoring item-level KPIs and profitability metrics
  • Collaborating with the marketing team on product presentations, brochures, promotional materials, and campaigns
  • Reviewing and optimizing technical content for internal and external use, including packaging and marketing assets
  • Assisting with stock forecasting and working closely with the Supply Chain team and external procurement partners
  • Contributing to workflow optimization by applying AI tools, ERP systems, and automation practices in daily tasks
  • Any other task that may be required from time-to-time

Professional experience & qualifications of a successful candidate:

  • A Bachelors’ Degree
  • At least 3 years of experience in operations, procurement, product development, or marketing, preferably within a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in the MS Office Suite
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and commercial operations; experience with Power BI is considered a strong plus
  • Tech-driven mindset with interest in AI tools and automation to enhance operational workflows
  • Fluent in English and Greek, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
