Intellectica is recruiting a highly motivated and experienced Retail Account Manager on behalf of a leader in the Greek Telecommunications and media industry. Based in Athens, Attiki, Greece and reporting to the Sales Supervisor, the candidate’s primary goal is to contribute to the growth of the company, driving sales of the company’s retail network.

Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the retail network, ensuring the success of the retail network through proactive management
  • Guiding, developing and coordinating the existing partners to achieve the quantitative target of corporate sales
  • Overseeing In-Store sales representatives and ensuring their effectiveness in promoting products and services
  • Developing corporate customer relationships in the SOHO/SME category within assigned stores
  • Setting quantitative and qualitative targets for store sales representatives, based on the company’s strategy, and managing/motivating the sales teams to achieve them
  • Monitoring and analyzing the performance (KPIs) of the store network, sales and competition to identify trends and suggest opportunities for improvement
  • Responsible for the efficient operation of the stores and the implementation of their management procedures
  • Championing a culture of outstanding customer service and experience, ensuring high customer satisfaction rates and retention

Professional experience & qualifications of a successful candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Marketing or related sector
  • At least 1 year of professional experience in a similar position preferably in B2B sales or store operations
  • Proven experience in managing sales teams and achieving quantitative and qualitative goals
  • Comfortable with MS office and related tools
  • Excellent communication skills in Greek & English
  • Valid driving’s license
  • Willingness and ability to travel as required
