Intellectica is recruiting an experienced Senior Performance Manager on behalf of a start-up company offering tech-enabled B2B & B2C services. Based in Athens, Greece and reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, the successful candidate will be responsible for maximizing the company’s reach, translating marketing objectives into actionable performance strategies. The Senior Performance Manager will oversee multiple brands with unique marketing KPIs, requiring monthly monitoring and optimization efforts.

Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive performance marketing strategies for four different business activities with distinct KPIs, goals, campaigns, and business plans
  • Coordinating, monitoring, and optimizing campaigns and their effectiveness across multiple brands and business activities
  • Providing guidance and training to junior team members responsible for campaign setup, ensuring continuous improvement and development
  • Analyzing campaign results, proposing new advertising approaches, and implementing improvements based on market trends and best practices
  • Familiarity with digital channels including META platforms (Facebook, Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and Google
  • Analyzing performance data and metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement
  • Identifying opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and productivity improvement
  • Preparing and presenting performance reports and insights to senior management
  • Taking on practical duties when necessary, demonstrating a hands-on approach in alignment with the startup culture
  • Any other task required from time to time

Professional experience & qualifications of a successful candidate:

  • BSc in Business, Marketing or related field; MSc degree and certifications relating to digital marketing are considered a plus
  • At least 7 years of experience in marketing and at least 3 years of experience in performance marketing
  • Proven track record of driving and optimizing digital marketing campaigns
  • Experience in managing multiple brands and campaigns with diverse goals and KPIs is considered a plus
  • Proficiency in BI reporting is considered a plus
  • Ability to lead and motivate team members, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to junior team member
  • Fluent in English and Greek (both written and verbal)
