Intellectica is recruiting a dynamic and highly motivated Technical Asset Analyst on behalf of an independent power producer specializing in the development, financing, construction and operation of renewable energy projects (mainly solar photovoltaic) in France, Italy, Greece and Nordic countries. The company currently has a portfolio of over 500 sites in operation and under construction. Based in Athens, Greece and reporting directly to the Business Development Manager, the successful candidate will manage orders related to the installation and operation of commercial photovoltaic systems, following all phases related to the operational management of the systems.

Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Coordinating the remote management and maintenance of power plants, ensuring efficient use of resources
  • Preparing production reports, ensuring compliance with KPIs and assessing system performance
  • Supporting the commercial team in various campaigns aimed at identifying new sites for photovoltaic power plants
  • Preparing producibility studies for new project opportunities
  • Designing commercial rooftop and ground-mounted photovoltaic systems (<1MWp)
  • Assisting in negotiating and overseeing EPC and O&M contracts to ensure compliance with project requirements
  • Liaising with grid operators (HEDNO, IPTO) during the development, construction, and operation phases of projects
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory deadlines and sector obligations by coordinating with the Athens-based team
  • Performing site visits to inspect installations and monitor progress
  • Any other task that may be required from time-to-time

 Professional experience & qualifications of a successful candidate:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field; Master’s degree in Energy Engineering is a plus
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the renewable energy sector
  • Strong knowledge of photovoltaics and basic electrical system design
  • Experience with PVsyst, AutoCAD and VBA software is considered a strong plus
  • Advanced MS Office skills, particularly in Excel
  • Fluency in English and Greek; knowledge of French is considered a plus
  • A valid B driving license and willingness to travel for site visits
