Intellectica is recruiting a Warehouse & Equipment Control Manager on behalf of its client, a leading provider of engineering solutions for subsea cable installation and offshore energy infrastructure. With a strong focus on technical excellence and reliable project delivery, the company is expanding its team to support a growing portfolio of international projects. Based in Attiki, Greece, the role reports to the Operations Manager of the Offshore & Marine Construction Division and will be responsible for the full control, readiness, tracking, and coordination of all equipment and warehouse operations supporting mobilizations and demobilizations.
Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:
- Overseeing the full control, readiness, and traceability of all equipment and warehouse operations supporting offshore projects
- Maintaining up‑to‑date live tracking of equipment across vessels, yards, and suppliers
- Managing inventory records, asset tagging, certifications, and documentation updates
- Applying and monitoring equipment issue/return procedures with complete reporting
- Preparing packing lists, manifests, labels, and equipment setups for mobilizations and demobilizations
- Coordinating equipment recovery, inspection, condition reporting, and reintegration into inventory after project completion
- Verifying that inspections, testing, servicing, and equipment certifications are completed and properly recorded
- Arranging shipments and transportation with ports, freight forwarders, shipping agents, and suppliers
- Overseeing the safe loading, unloading, and movement of equipment in line with project schedules
- Supervising warehouse organization, storage layout, equipment protection standards, and technician workflows
- Promoting safe handling, lifting, and storage practices aligned with HSE requirements
- Upholding compliance with all HSE standards during warehouse and logistics operations
- Identifying and driving process improvements for inventory accuracy, equipment readiness, and logistics efficiency
- Any other task that may be required from time to time
Professional experience & qualifications of a successful candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Marine Studies, or a related field
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in logistics, warehouse operations, equipment control, or marine/offshore supply chain environments
- Strong familiarity with inventory management systems, asset tracking tools, and logistics documentation
- Experience in mobilizations, demobilizations, or coordination of equipment movements in a marine, offshore, or industrial setting
- Solid understanding of warehouse workflows, equipment flow processes, and operational controls
- Excellent command of Greek and English (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Outlook, Word) and logistics software
- Willingness to travel occasionally for site visits, inspections, or mobilizations
