Intellectica is recruiting a hands-on and proactive Warehouse Supervisor on behalf of a leading Supply Chain and Logistics company. Based in Aspopyrgos, Greece and reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for supervising shift-based warehouse operations, guiding frontline teams, and ensuring the smooth execution of logistics processes in line with safety protocols, service standards, and operational targets.

Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Overseeing the smooth execution of shift-based warehouse operations, ensuring all activities align with company standards, safety protocols, and customer expectations
  • Monitoring daily attendance, allocating tasks according to resource planning, and adjusting workflows to meet operational demands
  • Managing the full cycle of warehouse processes, including inbound, storage, picking, packing, outbound, and returns
  • Providing hands-on support in operational tasks when required, demonstrating a proactive and solution-oriented approach
  • Conducting regular inventory checks, reporting discrepancies, and performing spot or scheduled stock counts
  • Ensuring the availability of packaging materials and initiating timely requests for replenishment
  • Enforcing health, safety, hygiene, and facility access protocols in line with company policies
  • Delivering onboarding and refresher training to team members, ensuring compliance with procedures and operational readiness
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for Customer Care during the shift, managing first-level requests and escalating issues as needed
  • Leading, coaching, and supporting warehouse teams to achieve productivity, quality, and service targets
  • Completing shift checklists and operational reports accurately and on time
  • Any other work that may be required from time to time

Professional experience & qualifications of a successful candidate:

  • Secondary or higher education, ideally in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in warehouse or distribution centre operations, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or team-leading role
  • Solid understanding of warehouse processes such as inbound, storage, picking, packing, and outbound
  • Proven ability to manage shift-based teams and coordinate daily operational activities
  • Exposure to Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems and other digital tools is considered a strong plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Solid understanding of workplace Health & Safety standards and compliance practices
  • Fluent in Greek and proficient in English
