Intellectica is recruiting an experienced Communications Strategy Manager on behalf of a Leading PR and Communication Agency. Based in Athens and reporting to the Communications Strategy Senior Manager, the candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive communication strategies to effectively convey the client’s mission, achievements, and initiatives. They will collaborate with several departments and ensure that all communication efforts align with the company’s strategic and organizational goals.

 Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:

  •  Researching and analyzing sector, market and audience insights to inform communications proposals
  • Formulating and executing strategic communication plans that closely align with the client’s objectives, vision, and mission, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging
  • Preparing engaging PowerPoint presentations and proposals for new business pitches and current clients
  • Collaborating with clients and the company’s in-house departments to develop successful 360o communication strategies
  • Preparing briefs for the in-house creative and digital departments for the preparation of engaging proposals
  • Supporting the Communications Strategy Senior Manager in preparing the strategic proposals
  • Any other task that may be required from time to time

Professional experience & qualifications of a successful candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Studies, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
  • Postgraduate studies in communication will be considered a plus
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the communications sector, with expertise in corporate communications and strategy/new business.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint
  • Fluency in Greek and English
