Intellectica is recruiting an experienced Corporate Communications Manager on behalf of a Leading European Healthcare Provider. Based in Athens, Greece, the candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive communication strategies to effectively convey the Group’s mission, achievements, and initiatives. He/she will collaborate with several departments and ensure that all communication efforts align with the company’s strategic and organizational goals.

Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Strategic Communication Planning: Formulating and executing strategic communication plans that closely align with the organization’s objectives, vision, and mission, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging
  • Media Relations: Cultivating and maintaining robust relationships with media outlets and journalists to secure positive coverage and effectively manage the organization’s public image
  • Campaign Development: Spearheading the creation of engaging campaigns that effectively convey the company’s message and actively engage the target audience, as defined from time to time
  • Content Creation: Driving the development of compelling content for diversified communication channels, ensuring adherence to excellent corporate communication practices. This includes overseeing the creation of articles, social media posts, and website content
  • Press Release Creation: Crafting polished press releases, disseminating information on behalf of the company and its key stakeholders
  • Market and Competition Research: Conducting in-depth research on market trends and competition within the healthcare sector to inform and refine communication strategies

Professional experience & qualifications of a successful candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in a corporate communications leadership role, and at least 3 years’ experience in corporate communications within the hospital sector
  • Proven expertise in media relations; experience in crisis management is considered a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Fluency in Greek and English
