Intellectica is recruiting a motivated Digital Marketer on behalf of an innovative luxury services group of companies with start-ups in the spa, educational services, and yachting sectors. Based in Athens, Greece, being part of a dynamic and youthful management team, and reporting directly to the Owner & Managing Director, the successful candidate will play a key role in spearheading the group’s digital marketing strategies and initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the digital presence and growth of start-up companies within the luxury service sector.

Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Designing, implementing, and monitoring engaging social media campaigns
    across various platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement
  • Overseeing the creation of compelling digital content that aligns with the
    brand’s voice and marketing objectives
  • Developing and managing Google Ads campaigns, ensuring they are
    optimized for maximum reach and effectiveness
  • Working closely with external marketing providers and advertising agencies
    to align digital marketing efforts with the group’s overall marketing strategy
  • Regularly analyzing and reporting on the performance of digital marketing
    campaigns, utilizing data to drive decision-making and campaign adjustments
  • Strategically promoting the group’s brands to drive awareness, engagement,
    and conversion across digital platforms
  • Any other task that may be required from time to time

Professional experience & qualifications of a successful candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within the luxury goods sector or a start-up environment
  • Strong proficiency in managing social media platforms and Google Ads
  • Experience working with external marketing agencies and providers
  • Excellent analytical skills with a strong competency in data analysis tools and metrics
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and content marketing
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
  • Fluent in English and Greek (both written and verbal)
