Intellectica is recruiting a motivated Sales Executive on behalf of an innovative luxury services group of companies with start-ups in the spa, educational services, and yachting sectors. Based in Athens, Greece the successful candidate will report directly to the Owner & Managing Director and will be responsible for promoting the company’s services to new and existing clientele in the hospitality sector and achieve sales targets.

Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Promoting the company’s services through engaging in-person presentations, impactful emails, and strategic telephone outreach to customers in the hospitality sector
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets by developing and executing effective sales strategies
  • Collaborating with internal teams to tailor service offerings to meet client requirements and preferences
  • Compiling comprehensive reports tracking progress towards assigned targets, providing valuable insights for future planning
  • Developing and nurturing strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
  • Staying informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for business growth
  • Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to travel across Greece, primarily to the islands, to engage with clients and prospects as needed
  • Any other task that may be required from time to time

Professional experience & qualifications of a successful candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar sales role, preferably within the luxury services or hospitality sector
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
  • Fluency in Greek and English
  • Flexibility and ability to travel across Greece (primarily to the islands) as needed
