Intellectica is recruiting a highly motivated Service Desk Analyst on behalf of a leading full-service technology company that offers technical and digital solutions for businesses. Based in Athens, Attiki, Greece and reporting to the Network Operations Center Manager, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in providing technical support to a demanding and diverse range of customers across various industries.

Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Serving as a frontline support specialist, adeptly resolving user and system issues via telephone and remote control technologies
  • Delivering proactive technical support services, ensuring prompt and efficient issue resolution
  • Maintaining accurate records of all activities undertaken, contributing to the enhancement of the company’s Knowledge Base
  • Undertaking the management, maintenance, and troubleshooting of clients’ networks, equipment, software, and services
  • Making recommendations to optimize IT performance and to prevent future problems

Professional experience & qualifications of a successful candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field; Microsoft Certification is considered a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems – Windows 10, Windows 11, with familiarity with Mac OS considered beneficial
  • Proficient in providing remote desktop support
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office Products
  • Knowledge of Remote Desktop Services
  • Willingness to work independently and participate in an on-call rotation, including evening shifts (2 pm – 10 pm Greece time)
  • Excellent knowledge of English (fluent in both written and spoken English)
